Welcome Back ... Sort Of

I had lofty goals...

that's how lofty they were... all the way up there

I had plans and even start putting them in motion, but at times things are completely out of your control.

Life gets in the way.

I got sick, my family got sick, and not the kind that goes away in a few nights with the right expectorant (that's a great word isn't it?). The kind of sick that takes you down a peg or five and makes you really work to get back to where you started from.

I'm not trying to make excuses (well, I guess I am but I'm trying not to whine about it), but I am saying that I'm sorry for making these proclamations about what this blog would be only to let you down.

Long story short, I shit the bed, big time.

BUT I do have a plan to make it up you! Bigger and better than before, complete with all different kinds of content to say thank you for reading.

The other platform wasn't working, so I've found a new one. I'm excited about the prospects and the control I've got to make this little corner of the internet exactly the way that I've pictured it in my head for so long!

It's finally happening and I'm hoping you're still going to come along and experience it with me.
